Saluda Lake is a 331 acre lake located in the upstate of South Carolina in the City of Greenville. Saluda Lake impounds the Saluda River which flows on through the state into Lake Greenwood and Lake Murray. The lake was formerly owned by Duke Power Company who then sold it to North Brook Energies LLC. The dam is visible from Saluda Dam Road. Access to the lake is at Motor Boat Club Road off of Highway 25 (White Horse Rd). Because this is a small lake, boaters should use extreme caution in boating. Also, the lake has many shallow areas with some areas marked and some not. There are no boating restrictions.
